This processing occurs for technical reasons to enable use of the website, ensure security, and optimize performance, based on legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. b) When using the contact form, name, e-mail, and message are processed to respond to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b) GDPR). c) E-mail inquiries are stored for processing purposes (legitimate interest or contractual necessity). d) When using the TDU NRW e.V. app, name, membership number, e-mail, login credentials, event attendance, and usage behavior are processed to support app functionality and service optimization (legitimate interest or membership contract fulfillment). Location-based services are only used with explicit consent; the app does not process sensitive personal data. e) Event registrations: personal data is collected for organization and execution purposes; companion registrations rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data is retained in accordance with legal retention obligations and deleted afterward. f) Photos and videos taken at events may be used for association communications and public relations work (legitimate interest); objections may be raised at any time. § 3 Disclosure of Data to Third Parties Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary to fulfil legal obligations, contractual duties, to protect legitimate interests (where your interests do not override them), or with explicit consent. § 4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies The website and app use cookies to enhance usability.
