This processing occurs for technical reasons to enable use of the website, ensure security, and optimize performance, based on legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. b) When using the contact form, name, e-mail, and message are processed to respond to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b) GDPR). c) E-mail inquiries are stored for processing purposes (legitimate interest or contractual necessity). d) When using the TDU NRW e.V. app, name, membership number, e-mail, login credentials, event attendance, and usage behavior are processed to support app functionality and service optimization (legitimate interest or membership contract fulfillment). Location-based services are only used with explicit consent; the app does not process sensitive personal data. e) Event registrations: personal data is collected for organization and execution purposes; companion registrations rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
